Regent Racing Club ("the Club") grants the Member (for the duration of membership with the Club) certain benefits associated with the Club's ownership of the horses currently in training.

Benefits:

1. The opportunity to follow every one of the horses owned by the Club and to share the Club's distinctive Mauve and Purple colours.

2. To receive a share (where available) in any of the prize money won by the Club's horses in accordance with the terms and conditions stated below.

a. Membership is for 12 months from the date the Member joins.

b. Members will not be requested to make any further payment in relation to the keep, training and racing of the racehorses.

c. Membership is for a 12 month period. Should a member not wish to renew their membership after this period then their membership will expire. Members are under no obligation to renew their membership after the initial 12 months.

d. Prize money won by the horses during the period of membership will be equally distributed to members at the end of their 12 month membership. The amount of prize money received will be dependent upon the performance of the horses at the racecourse and the quantity of members in the Club.

e. The amount of prize money distributed to Members for each race is determined by the relative net total paid to the Club by Weatherbys. The only additional deductions from race prize money are costs relating to racing outside of the United Kingdom or any race where an entry supplement is paid.

f. Members are to be aware that the club is run purely as a form of entertainment and is not an investment opportunity.

g. A web-based diary of the horses progess will be available to all members.

h. Hospitality events which are linked to a race meeting or stable visit normally involve a 2 or 3 course lunch + facilities. These are usually offered at cost and are entirely optional.

i. Discounts are offered to Regent Racing Club Members for entry at many racecourses and will be published when available.
